Application
Special drill for horizontal und vertical drill work, especially above about 5 x d. For drilling metal
laminations, steel and cast steel, cast iron, Grauguss, austenitic steels of normal cutting ability up
to a strength of about 800 N/mm2.
Improved useful life compared to conventional drills, since the coolant exits in the cutting area,
ensuring optimal cooling and lubrication there and also promoting flushing away of the chips.
