Design / application
Robust spiral design for high productivity. The cooling-lubricant bores are located in the area of the
periphery, following the twist, thus permitting optimal chip channel design and maximum cooling-
lubricant flow. Large chip channels and unhindered chip removal guarantee a good drilling quality
and problem-free machining. The reliable tool for unmanned production. Indexable insert efficiency
and productivity - no re-sharpening.
• Bore tolerance: ±0.00 / +0.40 mm.
• Surface quality: Ra 1...3 µm.
• Cooling lubricant: Emulsion.
