Design
Point angle 120°, strong core, very good self-centring, straight fluted, special flute shape with
double bevels, special pointing.
For drilling depths 10 x D, with internal cooling.
Application For working short-chipping materials, such as cast iron, grey cast iron, tempered
grey cast iron, aluminium alloys with high silicon content. For making holes with extremely high
alignment precision.
Requirements, remarks
Powerful machines, low-play spindles, precisely aligned tool receptacles, concentricity error of the
tool when mounted in chuck max. 0.02 mm.
