054745 Software IBR IBREXDLL
IBREXDLL is a software application for measurement and statistical process control during produc-
tion. It enables the transfer of measurement data via IBR interfaces to EXCEL.
Features:
Choice of language (D, F, I, E)
Connection of up to 8 IBR instruments to a PC
Transfer of measurement data via data transfer button on the measuring instrument
Transfer of measurement data via function key on the PC
Transfer of measurement data via foot switch on the interface
Feature- or part-related data recording
Assignment of columns for the individual measurement inputs
Design of tables by automatic movement of the cursor after reading a measurement value
Visualisation:
Visualisation of up to 8 measurement inputs on digital and bar displays.
The following features can be programmed for each display:
Unit / resolution / nominal dimension
upper and lower tolerance
Display area of the bar
SPC (Statistical Process Control)
Statistical analysis of recorded measurement values with control charts, single value charts,
histograms and statistical data in EXCEL.
