Micro-Press is a pneumatic press for low compressive forces with a stable press stand. Ideally sui-
ted for joining and forming applications in which the components require low pressing-in pressure
and precise stroke depths, such as applications in micromechanics, electronics manufacturing and
medical technology. All presses with precision-guided square ram, adjustable stroke length, height-
adjustable press head and virtually maintenance-free cylinder.
Accessories such as two-hand controls and tools on request.

For punching, bending, embossing, assembly, pressing, straightening, riveting, bonding; suitable
for profiled strips, assembly work, etc.; standard table with fine height adjustment, reading accura-
cy to 0.1 mm, with quick-action lever, with integrated stroke limitation. Supplied with die support
plate and 3 Allen keys.
Type KP 3.1 N without controller
Type KP 3.1 N + MPS-1 with electro pneumatic two-handed safety controller consisting of an
electrical safety module with two manual switches and electronic, 5 digit stroke counter. Using a
key-operated switch, you can change from two-handed mode to an external start signal (e.g. foot
pedal 371130), if a safety tool is in use. Type-tested in accordance with EC Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC
