177050 Internal deburrer INSIDER
For deburring inside cross holes in pipes, cylinders, profiles and other hard-to-access holes. The
handy device fits in every drill with a chuck range of 10 mm.
Standard accessories
1 body, 1 telescope arm bracket, 1 arm, 1 toothed belt, 2 hex keys, 1 left-cutting 90° countersink
of each diameter 7, 10.4 and 19 mm for inside diameters from 21, 22 and 25 mm.

Taps threads and chamfers in one operation.
Application
For right-cutting tap drills DIN 371 with 3 grooves, chamfer angle 120°.
Process
The tap drill cuts the thread while simultaneously the spring is tensioned. When the tap drill re-
turns, the left-cutter deburrs.
