Motorised calibrating and adjusting unit from 1 to 400 Nm
The electronic perfectControl calibration unit with electric drive considerably reduces the amount
of effort and time required for calibrations and adjustments of torque wrenches.
• Measurement is possible without moving the point of application of force.
• Avoidance of bad readings thanks to the spindle‘s precision bearing and the fine motor control
system.
• Extremely precise calibration thanks to optimisation of the bearing and the square sensors of the
transducers.
• Quick and easy change of transducers thanks to the QuickRelease system.
• Easy button operation for calibrations in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions with auto-
matic speed adjustment.
• Bridge support can be fixed in place with one-handed eccentric clamp to save time.
• Transfer of measurements via USB port to a PC for further processing and archiving.
• A calibration certificate can be printed after calibrating or saved as a PDF file.
• „as found“ and „as left“ calibrations can be archived.
• The calibration mode supports DIN EN ISO 6789: 2003 in numerous languages. Additional stan-
dards and works standards on request.
• Can be upgraded to perfectControl calibration unit No. 7794-3 for angle-controlled wrenches.
• Calibrations up to 1000 N m with the aid of the easy-to-attach extension No. 7791-1.
• Design patent, patents pending.
Click-type and dial measuring torque wrenches can be calibrated. Calibration of transducers with
the aid of reference torque wrenches No. 7770-100 and 7770-1000 possible on request.
Included in the package contents: 4 calibrating square drive insert tools No. 734K (sizes 4, 5, 20,
40), 6 square drive adapters (No. 409M, N0. 7787, No. 7788, No. 7789, No. 7789-4, No. 7789-5),
1 USB adapter No. 7757-1, Torkmaster software, 1 plug connector cable No. 7751, 1 cable No.
7751-1 with plug connector and precision connector assembly with self-locking, 1 set of power
cables, 1 hex key No. 10760CV SW 2 mm. Torque wrench, transducer and laptop not supplied.
