tive materials, thin, easily-damaged workpieces, extremely thin foils (0.01 mm), areas of appli-
cation: measurement technology, optical industry, engraving, microprocessor manufacturing; very
good corrosion resistance, modular plate: can be interlinked, 8 vacuum boreholes, with blanking
plugs and stop strips. Not suitable for use in connection with cooling lubricants.
