Benchtop device with integrated air cooling
To shrink 3 - 32 mm HM shafts and 6 - 32 mm HSS shafts.
Application:
To manually shrink, select the tool diameter on the display, place the matching interchangeable
disc into the coil and insert the tool into the tool holder. Subsequently manually place the coil onto
the tool holder. After pressing the Start button, the induction coil heats the tool holder. The shrink-
fitting procedure is displayed as a bar and lasts < 5 sec. The spool is manually moved upward and
the tool holder can be removed to cool. Cooling is done with a separate adapter on the integrated
cooling station. You can also cool quickly and gently using the FKS 04 water cooler.
It is possible to shrink the reinforced shrink chuck PYROQUART .
