234585 Horizontal inductive-shrink device HS1100-P DIEBOLD
To shrink 3 - 32 mm HM shafts and 6 - 32 mm HSS shafts.
Application:
For the HS 1100-P, select the tool diameter on the display and place the interchangeable disc that
matches the tool diameter into the coil. The tool is mounted to the holder and guided to the coil.
The horizontal version of the device lets you easily position the cutting tool. The auxiliary device
can be retrofitted at any time to the horizontal length adjustment for an exact length adjustment.
It is possible to shrink the reinforced shrink chuck PYROQUART.

234570 Microshrink unit MS 502 DIEBOLD
Suitable for carbide shanks:
Ø 3-16 for chucks with standard nose configuration.

Version
The MS 502 was designed for slim and extremely short shrink-fit chucks. The chucks are heated up
evenly. A vent for quick cool-down is integrated into the unit.
Specialized shrink-fit chucks for the watchmaking and micro-machining industries.

with automatic water cooling
For shrinking of HM shanks 3 - 32 mm and HSS shanks 6 - 32 mm.
Application:
On the fully automatic ISG 3400 WK, it is only necessary to select the tool diameter on the display
and insert the interchangeable disc that matches the tool diameter into the coil.
After the Start button is pressed, the induction coil lowers over the tool holder, heats it and retracts
upwards after the shrink-fit operation is complete. The shrink chuck simultaneously lowers into
the cooling tank and, after about 20 s, returns to the starting position cooled, dry and protected
against corrosion.
