426045 Plastic aluminium WEICON C
Liquid, aluminium-containing, high-temperature resistant cast resin system especially for in-
dustrial use. Non-corrosive, anti-magnetic, cures with practically no shrinkage. After pre-curing at
room temperature and post-curing (tempering) at +120°C the product is high-temperature resis-
tant. Outstanding suitability for filling in moulds, e.g. vacuum deep-drawing and form moulds, and
for manufacturing locating fixtures and tools, e.g. injection moulds, that are subjected to heavy
heat loads. Composition: 80% aluminium, 20% epoxy resin.

Blue, spreadable surface protection with very high resistance to wear and abrasion, and very
good chemical resistance, outstandingly suitable for gluing or lining highly stressed pump casings,
and for protecting plain bearings, slides and pipes from wear. For repairing cast parts, valves and
fan blades. Filled with carborundum and zirconium silicate.

protection on plain bearings, slides and tubes, and wherever the use of dark products is undesirable
for visual reasons. Composition: 80% ceramic, 20% epoxy resin.
