OPAL 5000
Low-odour universal cleaner with similar solvent properties to conventional solvent cleaners for
which a VOC steering tax must be paid, but consists of substances which are not subject to the
VOC steering tax. Especially suitable for degreasing and cleaning of parts in service and repair ap-
plications; relatively slow drying, for undiluted application, not suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.
Does not include outlet spigot (see 402870).
Also available in 200-litre drums.

Putty-like, kneadable compound that can be worked like modelling clay. Particularly suitable
for model and mould construction, as well as for creating tools and clamping fixtures, for repairing
corrosion damage and pitting in tanks, and repairs of all kinds. Bonds: iron, steel, lead, bronze,
brass, aluminium, wood, glass, concrete, porcelain, etc. Temperature resistant up to 120°C and
achieves a Shore hardness D of 90. Is dust-dry after 3 hours and can be machined after 8 hours.
After 24 hours it is physically fully cured, with barely measurable shrinkage. Composition: 80%
steel, 20% epoxy resin.

advantageous. Achieves a Shore hardness D of 90. Is bone-dry after 3 hours and can be machined
after 8 hours. After 24 hours barely measurable shrinkage has occurred and it is physically fully
cured. Composition: 80% steel, 20% epoxy resin.

D of 84. Is dust-dry after 3 hours and can be machined after 12 hours. After 24 hours it is physically
fully cured, with barely measurable shrinkage. Composition: 80% aluminium, 20% epoxy resin.
