against further rusting and corrosion, penetrates into extremely tight tolerances with capillary

419126 Cutting oil foam FUTURO
Sulphur-free, mineral oil free, low consumption, high performance, can be washed off with water.
The cutting oil foam is outstandingly suitable for:
thread cutting, thread drilling, centring, broaching and tapering with reamers, drilling and milling.
The cutting oil foam is suitable for focused application at the machining point. The application
range extends over all metals, ferrous and nonferrous, e.g. alloyed or unalloyed steel. All
types of cast metal: cast steel, malleable cast iron, die-cast iron, copper and its alloys such
as cast brass and red brass. Also usable for all chrome-nickel alloys. The special formulati-
on ensures a good compatibility with all water-miscible cooling lubricants. The high-performance
cutting oil foam can be used as a performance enhancer for all water-visible cooling lubricants.

419127 High-performance cutting oil FUTURO
Mineral oil-free chlorine-free, based on natural raw materials, skin-compatible. Has been specially
developed for the most difficult cutting work on highly alloyed steels. In addition to usage
with highly alloyed and stainless steels, the cutting oil also exhibits excellent results for
machining chrome-nickel steel, titanium and manganese-carbon steel. Outstandingly suita-
ble for drilling, thread cutting, reaming, grooving, countersinking, turning and milling.
