404520 Band skimmer LESTOL
Made in Switzerland, a self-cleaning, oil-transporting special band removes the floating oil from
the coolant or washing water, and is wiped off inside the device, simple and inexpensive operation,
easy installation, solid construction, small space requirement, clockwise/anticlockwise operation,
with time switch, ready for connection.

For optimum maintenance of coolants and aqueous solutions. When operating machine tools
operating oil/grease from the machine always gets into the emulsion. Bacteria develop as a con-
sequence and skin irritations, unpleasant odours and the generation of smoke at the work station
occur as a result. The service life of the tools is impaired due to tramp oils in the coolant, since
optimum cooling is not ensured. Because of reduced service life the costs of disposal and supplying
new coolant concentrate increase. Tramp oil is separated from the coolant emulsion accor-
ding to the coalescence principle. OILEX oil separator sucks floating tramp oil off the surface
in the coolant tank by means of a float. In the oil separator the tramp oil rises to the top and is
channeled off into the sump. The little drops of oil coalesce in a container where they acquire the
needed buoyancy to rise to the surface.The cleaned medium flows back into the system‘s
coolant tank.

404550 Band skimmer
Made in Switzerland, very compact size, for removal of floating oil and grease. New design with
spring tension. This means that thicker bands with a longer service life can be used. The band does
not become deformed, meaning that more oil is removed. Substances which are filtered out are
drained via the supplied hose and can be collected in a container. Supplied with 230 / 12 V power
supply unit and timer.
