Type 2-GS (1/2“) Passage 11 mm, outer dia. max. 29 mm; can be expanded as desired, stainless;
threaded connections for absolute rigidity, allowing use in the working area (e.g. on a lathe turret);
the various components have a long service life, are precision-machined and resistant to heat and
chemicals; can be easily screwed together, adjusted, extended and shortened by hand; position
cannot be altered either by coolant pressure or by machine vibrations; pressure-resistant to min. 50
bar; for lathes, bandsaws, grinders, air cooling systems and the chemicals industry.

404000 Minimum lubricator TAPLUB
For intermittent operation; compact, versatile dispensing device with individual setting options
for lubricant amount and air mix. The individual delivery cycles (< 2 sec.) are triggered as needed
by means of a foot valve. The separate feeding of the two media up to the nozzle tip guarantees a
microfine lubricant film application onto the tool. Focused, minimal usage of lubricant, suitable
for drilling, thread cutting, punching, cold forming and other application fields in which
a temporary lubricant film application is required. Completely operation-ready with 1-nozzle
dispensing unit, foot valve, magnetic baseplate and 1 L high-performance lubricant UNILUB 2032
( 404050).

404020 Minimum lubrication system ECOLUB
For continuous operation; complete standalone minimum quantity lubrication system in a lo-
ckable steel housing; precise metering pumps with high operating pressure and two-component
mixing nozzles guarantee an almost residue-free lubrication. Possibility of individually adjusting
the lubricant and mixing air for each separate nozzle; coaxial line arrangement up to the nozzle
tip and high flow speed bring about a wafer-thin lubricant film application without forming an oil
mist. The control valve with external LED operation display enables coupling to the work process.
Resource-protective and maintenance-free operation, suitable for sawing, drilling, tur-
ning, milling, grinding, for HSC machining technologies as well as microfine lubricant and
protective film application for a wide variety of applications. Completely operation-ready
with compressed air conditioning, electric control valve, 2 magnetic base plates for positioning the
unit upright. Supplied with 1 litre each of high performance lubricants UNILUB 9107 (504040) and
UNILUB 2032 (404050).
