Little space required, for cleaning bulky and heavy parts, easy installation, because device is
placed directly on top of a 200 litre cleaning vat. For manual cleaning of grease-contaminated
metal and plastic components in the following fields, among others: industrial parts cleaning and
surface degreasing. Maintenance and repair of production systems, conveyor belts, fittings, pumps,
motors and other machine parts. Repair and maintenance of means of transportation (automotive,

4 52720 Small parts cleaner CLEAN-FLOW
CLEAN-FLOW can be mounted on an OEM drum with 200 litres of cleaning fluid. The self-priming
pump is ready for operation immediately. The cleaning agent pumped out of the drum can be
directed by means of a foot switch to two different large brushes. For safety reasons, the foot
switch operates on an exclusively pneumatic basis (without electricity or compressed air). Leakage
of the fluid is not possible, since the entire system drains when it is shut off. The washing tank is
of plastic-coated sheet steel, and is built extremely ruggedly, with a malfunction-free and
maintenance-free pump. Cleaning grate of galvanised sheet iron with 3 mm holes. Supplies with
1 side plate, one each small and large brushes, foot switch, without lid, without drum.
