452500 Ultrasonic cleaning fluid GALVEX
17.30 SUP, very effective, universal ultrasonic cleaning fluid. For effortless removal of fouling of all
kinds, oils, lapping pastes, grinding pastes, etc. Does not attack metals, plastics and paints (only
conditionally suitable for aluminium). Provides good short-term corrosion protection. Good mixing
properties with water (high emulsifying capacity).
Instructions for use:
concentration: 2-3% (thin with water), cleaning time: 2 to 3 minutes in ultrasonic cleaner.
Temperature 60-70°C
Then rinse under flowing water and dry with compressed air or water dispersant 452520. Not
suitable for aluminium.

452520 Water dispersant
FLUID TMS EMPLOI, instead of drying with compressed air, the workpiece can be dipped in a
FLUID TMS/D bath after ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing. The water is removed immediately and
completely, and is collected at the bottom of the container. FLUID TMS/D has the additional pro-
perty of preserving workpieces and protecting them against oxidation for long periods (e.g. during
intermediate storage).
Instructions for use:
Concentration level: 100% (do not thin!)
Dipping time: 1 to 2 minutes
Temperature: approx. 20°C
