410470 Electrode BOEHLER
FOX A7-A, electrode for special purposes, core bar alloyed with rutile basic coating for joints
between different alloyed and difficult to weld steels and 14% Mn steels. Tough intermediate
layers with hard facing. Can be work hardened, crack resistant, thermoshock and scale resistant
up to 850° C. Largely invulnerable to embrittlement, tough down to -100° C, supplied in packs
of 4.6 - 4.7 kg.

UTP DUR 600, Hard facing and erosion electrode for universal hard-facing on components of
steel, cast steel and Mn hard steel which are subject to wear, pressure and impacts at the same
time. The weld metal can only be machined by means of grinding, supplied in packs of 4.0 - 5.9 kg.

Böhler EML 5, coppered welding rod for welding of non-alloy and low-alloy steels, suitable for
thin-walled sheets and pipes as well as for root welds. The relatively low Si content makes the
welding rod particularly suitable for welds that subsequently have to be enamelled or zinc plated.
Shielding gas: 100% argon.

Böhler EAS 4 M-IG, high-alloy TIG rod, chemically resistant for TIG arc welding of CrNiMo steels.
For similar CrNiMo steels and ferritic 13% chromium steels. Very good welding and flowing proper-
ties. IC resistant up to 400°C operating temperature, tough down to -196°C.
Shielding gas: 100% argon.
