Holder with wooden handle, extreme hardness (approx. 35 000 N/mm²) and abrasion resistance
allow efficient dressing of grinding wheels. Does not tear the abrasive grain from its bonding, but
cuts smoothly through it instead. For dressing grinding wheels up to 300 mm in diameter. Includes
holder with wooden handle.Important: Always dress using the edge only, not the flat faces.

3 87175 Single-grain diamond dressing tool
Dressing diamond embedded in conical steel shaft MK 1, block-shaped, firmly coalesced crystal
form, hardly any inclusions, only a few, irregular hairline cracks, no open cracks. The dresser should
always be clamped in such a way that the angle to the centre of the abrasive disc is between 5° Economical
and 15°. Dressing work with diamonds should preferably be done wet and with a large amount of
coolant. When the diamond becomes blunt, rotate it 90°.
