PNZ-W, aluminium oxide A. The non-woven abrasive is arranged in radial flaps, with abrasive fa-
bric material between the flaps. This flap arrangement permits higher rates of material removal and
produces a coarser finish. Ideal for removing fine scratches, for creating a satined finish, and for
fine grinding. Bore 19 mm with 2 keyways, fits all drives. Recommended speed 2000-3700 rpm.

very densely packed, giving long service life. Especially for work on large surfaces. Soft version
with low grain content for soft grinding and fine finish on stainless steels. For creation of matt
surfaces, depending on fineness: scratch matt, silk gloss finish, satin finish.

Abrasive: aluminium oxide A. POLISTAR pads are flexible tools for grinding on the inner surfaces
of small holes and tubes, for cleaning, for fine and ultra-fine finishing, removing tarnish, rounding
off the ingoing and outgoing sides of drilled holes, and for easy deburring of drilled holes and
intersecting drilled holes. POLISTAR can be stacked in multiple layers. For safety reasons, the speci-
fied maximum speed must never be exceeded. POLISTAR are supplied in sheets.Sheet content =
