3 76020 Knurled screw molding tool QUICK
(B0 / FL / KF) developed specifically for bar feed turning machines, the B0 knurling screw mol-
ding tool permits precise knurling up to the flange. It can be implemented optionally with one
or two knurled wheels on CNC machines and conventional small lathes. Maximum flexibility
is thus ensured. The robust construction permits vibrations to be conducted better when using the
tool. This increases the service life of the knurling rolls. These can be changed quickly by the easy
to use clamping system.
Flat knurl RAA:
• 1 knurling roll 90°
Spiral knurls RBR:
• Spiral 30°: 1 knurling roll 30°L
• Spiral 45°: 1 knurling roll 45°L
Spiral knurl RBL:
• Spiral 30°: 1 knurling roll 30°R
• Spiral 45°: 1 knurling roll 45°R
Axial knurl RKE:
• 1 knurling roll 45°R
• 1 knurling roll 45°L
Diamond knurling RGE:
• 1 knurling roll 30°R
• 1 knurling roll 30°L
