484000 Manual edge milling machine FACETTE STAR
Efficient chamfering of die plates and milling of weld facets. Good chamfer quality and major time
savings. Suitable for steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, etc. Minimum material thickness 10 mm,
thinner sheets can be machined by clamping them to a table and using the table edge as a stop.
The chamfer height is continuously variable from 0 to 5 mm. The chamfer angle can be set for 30°,
45° and 60°. Supplied including 1 set of cermet indexable inserts (pack of 4).

continuously variable (precision 0.05 mm), continuously variable speed control for high cutting
performance of the milling cutters. Can be mounted on any workbench and set to the proper wor-
king height. Table folds out, with support for guide finger. Supplied with 2 collets (6 and 8 mm),
