4 26795 Polyester universal spatula KNUCHEL
Sophisticated and quick hardening 2-component universal filler with excellent direct adhesion on
subsurfaces like galvanic or hot galvanised sheets, steel, iron, aluminium, wood, stone, ceramics
as well as most commercial plastics. BRICAPOLY can be applied easily and pore-free (up to ap-
proximately 10 mm layer thickness), is extremely quick and easy to sand (after approximately 20
minutes) and can be painted over with all commercial 1 and 2-component products.
Pre-treatment: The subsurface must be clean, dry, free of dust, rust, oil and grease and well
ground.
Mixing proportion: 98 parts filler + 2 parts hardener. 426795.0100
Pot life: Can be processed within 4-7 minutes

4 26798 Polyester repair set KNUCHEL
High-quality 2-comp. polyester resin for bridging and reinforcing holes and cracks with fibre glass
membrane, matt or fabric in vehicles, caravans, boats and model-making, containers and glass-
fibre reinforced plastic parts.
Processing:
The subsurface must be free of dust and grease. Mix polyester resin with hardening paste and coat
the subsurface completely. Soak the glass-fibre membrane, matt or fabric in polyester resin and
place it on the surface to be treated and smoothen it. After drying for approximately 20 minutes,
further process can be continued on the surface with the BRICAPOLY filler.
Mixing proportion: 98 parts filler + 2 parts hardener.
Pot life: Can be processed within 4-7 minutes.
Shelf life: 6 months when stored in a cool place in the original container.
