Araldite® Express Glue is a fast curing all-purpose cyanoacrylate adhesive.
The product is suitable for bonding numerous materials like metal, ceramic, glass, rubber and hard
plastics. It is a versatile adhesive, which is suited to be used by craftsmen as well as for most of the
industrial applications.
Note
Appropriate pre-treatment of the bonding surface is a pre-condition for attaining firm and durable
bonds.
The bonding surfaces are best cleaned of oil, grease and dirt using a good degreasing agent like
e.g. Acetone or a company-specific degreasing agent. Alcohol, petrol or paint thinners are not
to be used for this purpose. Good strength is achieved when the degreased bonding surfaces
are roughened mechanically or pre-treated chemically (pickling). Re-degreasing is essential after
mechanical roughening.
