No. 508R, made of tempered steel.
Application
With this blank, you can produce T-slot blocks with non-standard threads yourself. After cutting
the thread, perform the following heat treatment on the blank, which produces strength 10 cor-
responding to 21- 28 HRc:
Harden
45 minutes at 880 °C.
Quench
In oil at 75 °C.
Temper
2 hours at 550 °C.

Application
