2 54300 Clamping system KOPAL Mini-Clamp
The Kopal Mini-Clamp‘s clamping action is generated by turning the eccentric head. The fingers
have fixed and flexible contact surfaces, which generate a positive, defined hold-down.
The maximum eccentric path of the clamping finger is 1.2 mm; the clamping force is 4000 Nm;
chuck key has 4 mm hexagon socket. The eccentric can be turned left or right to compensate for
the effects of the cutting force.
Kopal Mini-Clamps can be used directly on the machine table or on a special fixture plate.

2 54350 Eccentric clamping device
For the fixture plate.
The patent consists of screw with an eccentric head. The eccentric causes the clamping movement
and force.
The brass hex driver, claw disc made of case-hardened steel or variable hex driver are available as
clamps.
With stops and screws, you can clamp work pieces of any shape.
